Returns and Exchanges:

In order to initiate a return, contact us via the contact form.

You may return any unused products with the original packaging, tags, paperwork, etc. Customer pays return shipping unless Simply Carried is determined to be at fault (for example, we sent the wrong item) or if the carrier is flawed. For a full return the item must be in completely unused and unwashed condition, with original packaging, and without odors, stains or hairs. Make sure to thoroughly examine any product received from Simply Carried before washing, ironing or otherwise using them. I know you will be excited, but once they have been washed, dried, ironed or used they are yours and are not eligible for return.

Items not in the condition described above will retain a fee of $20.00. Returns will be not be accepted for items determined to have been damaged by the customer.

You have 14 days from your items arrival to exchange or return. You must send return items with tracking from USPS; Simply Carried is not responsible for items lost by USPS.

Please allow one week from the receipt of your item for your refund. We will work on getting you your refund as quickly as possible. You may also be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Note: If you feel you have been charged incorrectly or treated unfairly, please contact us directly. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service.

Shipping:

We ship priority mail within two business days barring weekends and holidays. If you buy on Saturday your items will ship by Tuesday. You will receive an email at the address you provided when your item ships with tracking information. We sometimes go on vacation and will leave a note in the shop if shipping is to be delayed.  

If you want your items more quickly you can choose express shipping. Orders must be placed before 12 pm PST for same day shipping.

We will ship internationally at cost.  It is not cheap.

Alternative Payments: 

If you would like to use Paypal, we can work with you. Squarespace doesn't offer that option but we can invoice you and accept payments that way. Contact us and we will work with you. Invoices must be paid same day. 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are often done on specially marked items. The purpose of a pre-order is to purchase items before we receive them in stock, thus reserving the item. Because pre-order items are not in stock and/or not released from the manufacturer yet, they will have extended shipping times. We will do our best to estimate the shipping time for each individual pre-order item.

We will also attempt to contact you if we become aware of any unreasonable delays and will allow cancellations if an item is due to arrive more than 2 weeks past our estimate. We understand you want your wraps and the amount of patience it takes to wait out a pre-order. Contact us with any questions.

Privacy:

Simply Carried will not use your email or personal information for anything but communicating with you about your orders and shipping them to you. We do not sell your information. We use Stripe, Squarespace and Paypal to securely process transactions and your credit card information is not stored on our site.
